Benefits
TCP scholarship levels are based on their Maryland community college cumulative GPA.

  •  3.5 to 3.74 GPA = $500 per term for four consecutive full-time terms, provided they maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA at TU.
  • 3.75 to 4.0 GPA = $1,000 per term for four consecutive full-time terms, provided they maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA at TU.

Members are guaranteed acceptance into the Honors College upon completion of the Honors application process.  As a TCP Honors student, they will receive a $500 Honors College.
Scholarship is for four consecutive terms provided the student maintain a minimum 3.30 GPA.
Students receive a $100 TCP Grant applied to each TU credit up to a maximum of 6 credits while enrolled at a Maryland community college (i.e., 3-credit course = $300 TCP Grant).

Eligibility
Maryland community college students who have completed between 12 and 30 credits with a minimum 3.0 GPA are eligible for membership in the TCP.  All qualifying credits must be earned at the studentҀs designated TCP Maryland community college.
Members must earn an associate degree with a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA within four years of beginning TCP membership.
They must enroll full-time at TU within one year of completion of the associate degree.
They must remain full-time students while in the TCP.
Those who transfer to another higher education institution instead of TU forfeit their eligibility for future TCP benefits.

Deadline
TCP agreements must be received and postmarked before January 1 for the spring semester and May 1 for the following fall semester.
