Endowed scholarship is awarded to a student entering the Towson University dual certification program in Elementary and Special Education at the Universities at Shady Grove.
Eligibility
Must be transferring from Montgomery College to the USG/Towson Education program.
Must have at least a 2.75 GPA.
Incoming junior or senior.
