Frostburg State University Academic Excellence Scholarship for Transfer Students

Benefits
Between $1,000 and $2,000 per academic year toward total cost of education, depending on degree of student's academic excellence.
Available for up to six semesters, provided student maintains minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and completes at least 24 credits per academic year.

Eligibility
Minimum of 30 transferable credits at time of application.
3.7 cumulative GPA.
Enrolled full-time at Montgomery College.

Deadline
Priority given to students completing the application for admission by March 1.

Frostburg State University Associates Degree Scholars Award

Benefits
$2,500 per academic year to be applied toward cost of education for up to two years.

Must maintain a 3.0 GPA and be enrolled full-time at Frostburg to continue receiving award.

Eligibility
Must transfer with an A.A., A.S., A.A.T. or certain A.A.S. degrees.

Must have at least a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

Deadline
Priority given to students completing application for admission by February 1. Recipients of the award must accept offer of admission by May 1.
