Also in the state of Florida, the Pensacola State College offers a very minimal tuition rate for interested students - $2,179 annually. The institution was founded in 1948 and was named as the Pensacola Junior College. The school was the pioneer of higher education in the area. It also holds quite a number of campuses spread out in the downtown area, Milton, Warrington as well as on the Naval Air Station Pensacola. Located in Orlando, Florida another public educational institution րthe University of Central Florida established the College of Arts and Humanities in 2005 apart from the existing College of Sciences existing in the university. It has a few campuses including the one in Tsaile (main campus). Tuition fees at this school are at $805 yearly. Finally, holding the top spot is Haskell Indian Nations University in Lawrence, Kansas. The school was established in 1884 serving over 140 tribal nations and communities. This is the only school with less than $500 in school fees annually.
